Life Skills Training is a truly marvelous program. It covers the dangers of tobacco, alcohol, and drugs in ways that make sense to our 12 and 13 year old students. But more than that, it focuses on the importance of a healthy self-image and how to make good decisions. My students were especially impressed with the section on Resolving Conflicts which probably should be entitled Resolving Conflicts in a Healthy Manner.

The program was fun for me. I enjoyed all the different sections but liked the talks on self-improvement the most.
